Finishing work is being done.
I realized from the beginning of the carving that the color of wild cherry wood changes from light to dark depending on the direction it is carved and how the light hits it. This has become more pronounced as I have carved to this stage.

彫り始めたときから気付いていたことですが、彫られた向きや光の当たり方によって、山桜材は淡い色から濃い色まで色が変化します。この段階まで彫ってそれがより顕著になったことに気づきました。
