I cut it out avoiding some cracks in the newly acquired hard wild cherry wood. One of my aims is to create pieces that can be enjoyed from a few angles. I will create a few interesting facial expressions that will make you wonder which side to place it in front of.

新しく仕入れた硬い山桜材を、割れを避けて切り出しました。目指していることのひとつとして、いくつかの向きから楽しむことができる作品です。どちら側を正面にして置くかを迷わせるいくつかの興味深い表情をつくります。
