Between the folds, I made a number of holes leading to the inner space. By doing so, you will feel these folds more three-dimensional. When I took the photo, I felt that I had failed to set the light and exposure, but it unexpectedly received good light.

襞と襞の間には、内部空間につながるいくつもの隙間をつくりました。そうすることにより、これらの襞がより立体的に感じられるでしょう。撮影時に、光の当て方と露出の設定を失敗してしまったと感じた写真が、思いがけず良い光を受けた写真になりました。

I tried a black background on this black work. Black background alone would have made the photo unattractive, but by shining a spotlight on it, I was able to see an amazingly attractive look.

黒の作品に黒の背景を試しました。背景だけを黒にした場合は魅力のない写真になりましたが、スポット光を当てることにより、驚くほど魅力的な表情を見ることができました。

By changing the direction of a work, I have new discoveries. The same applies when changing the intensity or direction of light. I enjoy looking at it from various angles when I take pictures. Also for those who see it, I aim to create works that you can enjoy from various angles.

作品の向きを変えることで、新たな発見があります。光の強さや向きを変える場合でも同様です。作品の撮影時には、様々な角度から見ることを楽しんでいます。見てくださる方にとってもまた、様々な角度から楽しんでいただける作品づくりを目指しています。

The sculpture is made from a single piece of wood, and it is the only one of its kind in the world. The wood grown for sustainable forestry is used. The 'KIDEKIWHORU' logo is engraved on it. The paint is safe because it is made from natural materials and it doesn't almost smell. Depending on each monitor, the colors may differ slightly from the actual work.
